[Resolved] TVC Sky Shop — Icon G5 Mobile Fraud | |||
I have purchased a mobile a long back which is ICON G5 mobile on TVC Sky Shop and after a span of days it has fallen down from a height of 2 feet and to my surprise the back panel of mobile is crashed into pieces. Wow so cheap quality. After that i made a several calls to the TVC Sky shop custom support for a query that where can i purchase the back panel again, They use to say that you can purchase that in the local market. And i have searched in the every mobile shops located here in hyderabad and its hard to find such a panel. No Internet Access Can't access internet on mobile, item details as they mention on the website is 1 GB Internal memory and i see its only 9MB http://www.tvcskyshop.com/product/TVC_Icon_G5.aspx Company is saying that its market price is Rs-30000/- and If you spend Rs-30000/- you can really purchase a iPhone which is currently Approx. Rs-30000/- Kindly please take action on the above company as they are selling lots of products which are on their websites for which there are no accessories available in the market. I think for physical damage from your sight company is not responsible for the product. But as per my experience for this problem your have to contact customer care of TVC they might do the servicing of your product.
As per me the internet usage in tvc android smart is really great as i am using the same product from last 1 and half months and i dont have any complaint regarding it.

Dear sir,I purchased a new tvc brand product anroid 2.2 smart .when i try to open or access internet on smart phone there is error and when i call airtel customer care office they said that this hanset is not comfortable for using the internet but your specifications shows that its support gprs and all social site on mobile.
