[Resolved]  TVC Sky Shop — Product not working and no under warranty support

I want to bring this to the knowledge of all that this TVC SKY SHOP is a fraud company. I have been cheated by TVC SKY SHOP. I have purchased one ICON G5 touch screen mobile phone though TVC SKYSHOP in the month of January 2012. It was a purchase against advance payment.
When I received the product, I found that touch screen of the mobile phone was not working. The touch screen was insensitive . It required multiple hitting of ICON. Sometimes ( specially Camera and Back icon) more than 10 hitting were required.
It did not have any key pad so this ICON G5 touch screen mobile phone was totally useless for me.
Immediately, within 2 days of receiving the mobile phone from TVC SKY SHOP, I informed TVC SKY SHOP about the deficiency of the product on phone and through email and requested them for replacement/repair under guaranty of one year.
A person named Kamlesh Bhamne (Customer Support Supervisor) from TVC SKY SHOP contacted me on email and told me to send this ICON G5 touch screen mobile phone to TVC SKY SHOP , Thane. I sent them mobile set on next day and within 3 days, TVC SKY SHOP acknowledged that mobile set was received by them at their warehouse address at Thane and promised that soon I would receive perfectly working mobile set.
Now, it is about one year. Neither have I received any replacement/repaired set nor any money back from TVC SKY SHOP. I have contacted them more than 10 times on phone and have written more than 20 email to TVC SKY SHOP for action but all in vain. I am 80 year old and have never seen such type of thug company before.
