sir.my name is nelofersaleem tunda i booked One ibook the compact net book from tvc skyshop, Order no is OC2642862.which i c on newspaper greater kashmir and i book it on 25th of may 2011 ,which i got on same day at 4pm. but aftre one hour i phone to them that it is not working and they say we will replacment it after one week this was first what they told me on phone and they gave me my complain no is 889568,than i phone after one week once more and they told it take now 15days to replacment scins i make complain ,it meens from 25th may to 9th june i was wating tell what they say but there is replay from them so pleace help me that will be very kind nelofersaleem tunda H.B prince of vale behind nehru park dallake sirangar j&k 190001 phone no [protected]/[protected] email:[protected]@gmail.com Was this information helpful? | |||

Might be but I'll say you try calling their head dept. of customer care. I'm sure they will help as from my experience with merlin 123 it is reliable company.

Ya absolutely right Mr shiv i think Ms Nilofer have to call customer care of TVC instead of complaining here.
