dear sir , i have purchase the icon g4 mobile handset from tvc sky shop as per order no oc2608221 It was claimed that GPRS will support for the said mobile but it is not I called at least 18-20 times to customer care but my problem can not sorted out.I called up again one call center boy give me any reply and next day I call to a call center , but on knowing that my mob. had developed a problem she disconnect the call immediately.Now my Rs 6700/-- has gone waste just because of these fake, cheap people. so please help me what i do ? i am going to complaint in consumer court against tvc sky shop, because they clearly mention GRPS support in I-con G4 but this mobile is not supporting GPRS.
so please be careful don't ignore this one.

sir i have purchased icon g4 through on line when i recevied the product after 1 week i found some problem in soft wear then ireturn to company for replacement after they receving the mobile they responce was very bad they are not sending any amount ao mobile

Are they so insensitive and our system is so ineffective to check and control such fraud..!!

I have purchase a mobile icon G4 from your shop. The same mobile had got faulty and I have already sent to your shop on 13th Sep 2011 and also confirmed receipt from your help line. But since, I have not received my mobile or any of the call regarding matter from your side, again after severally talked with help line they stated that you have o paid rs 750/- and I have done the same on 11th Nov 2011 and confirmed from courier and found that Mr Pravan has received the same on 14th Nov 2011. After that, I have severally talked with help line and only received reply that don`t worry your product will be reach you within 7-10 wkg days but still I am waiting. My Order No OC2599541, customer code C1204291 and complain No 1126985_167.
Since, I am suffering, I think this is totally fraud, RECD NO RESPONSE FROM TVC SKY SHOP TILL DATE FOR FAULTY ICON G4 MOBILE
