TVS Apache RTR 180 ABS — Worst service and worst product from TVS | |||
Hello, I am Selvaganapathy Viswanathan from Chennai, I one of the very few who owns the new TVS Apache 180 ABS. This is regarding the Worst service and Worst product I had from GOODWILL TVS, Anna Nagar. I got a new TVS Apache 180 ABS Last Month for Rs 90,000/-. I started having minor problem on the 3 day I bought the bike. I went to showroom to check this issue... they said that's common with the new bike but the issue gone worse and I know something bad is happening. I got a call from a person named kalirasan From Hosur TVS plant asking for feedback of the bike and I reported the same to him and he said there is few modifications they did to the bike and he said he will get in touch with me But that did not happen at all. Today (07/11/2011) While drive the Bike there was a Metal breaking noise from the bike and all of the sudden I was thrown away from the bike, I just escaped with minor injuries... when I call the Hosur plant they did not respond properly, I call the TVS customer care[protected] they said they filed complain and they gave me no reference number and was told to wait for to receive a call from the management that never came. *** PLEASE DO NOT BUY THE TVS APACHE 180 ABS FOR THE MOMENT, UNTIL THEY FIX THE ISSUES THEY HAVE IN THE BIKE *** It saying this not because me having the issue, I just escaped death...I know how it feels. Im from hyderabad, on[protected]Dealer : **MDH Racing, Banjarahills**), i got my new tvs apache abs, from showroom..upto evening that bike is good. But while i was in traffic my bike engine was stopped suddenly..and i've tried about 30 mins to start .but no use..after 20 mins of walk along with my apache 180, i'd reached home..and called to those people ..after longtime they were responded and send technician..for that time problem was solved.next day bike was given to complete checkup, technicians saying that everything is ok..after two days fuel is goingon dropping from over pipe, its about 1 litre continuously ...those people are very irresponsible in giving the service. im returning my bike to showroom today itself..i never want to get back to tvs again ..ofcource it is a good product but not in service and customercare..just try yourself so that you can understand ..
