Dear Sir, Reg: Complaint for low mileage, Battery Weak & Starting Trouble - Refund my money or repair my vehicle I am Ms.Sindhu Rishvanthini from Tirupur (Tamilnadu). I had bought a new TVS Scooty Pep+ on 09.04.2008 (as I heard the advertisement as 50 to 60KM / Lt) but in my bike gives only 25 to 30 KM / Lt, I have made 4 services in Akshaya TVS Showroom, 112, S.R.C.Mill Compound, B.S.Sundaram Road, Tirupur – 641 601. Ph no: 0421 – 2223140, 3296244. Mentioned this problem each and every service, but the result is less than the earlier. Again I have a problem & Battery is also not working ( Indicator, Self start & Horn is not working ) After that I give my vehicle for service in another service center, they said battery is in weak conduction Go and discus with Akshaya. Iam also inform to Akshaya again they do service & Charge battery, and they say battery is ok, But within a month I charge my battery 3 times ( 10th Jan, 24th Jan & 10th Feb ). Now also they say everything is ok. That’s why I am panic that I have made a great mistake to buy a TVS Scooty Pep+ product with bad features, Hence I feel bad with this product & I have decided to return this vehicle, I have bought TVS Scooty Pep+ only due to high mileage & Less Maintanance, i have payed 39000 /- to buy this vehicle, if it is the case I can buy a cheaper vehicle getting the same mileage. I am tottaly agreed . I also purchased the same vehicle to my beloved wife last year.But starting trouble and i have been told by the delaer to run the vehicle minimum 12km per day ...( Is it good advise ?) ..

and it has been purchased from cochin motors..( Poor service ) Kerala

So dear friends please think twice before spoiling relationship with beloved one...

sir, i m from durgapur(west bengal). i had prchased scooty pep+ in march 2009.i m having problem in self start nd adviced for replacement of piniel in warranty period but i m not getting proper response from my service centre since 3 months as they are not having the part for replacement.

I also had purchased scooty pep+ for my wife in 2008. It had lot of starting problem. In winter or in morning it does not start. Wrost thing is it does not have choke.. This is my worst mistake that I buy Scooty. I advice anyone who want to buy scooty, make sure that these problems are there are not..

i'm sri lankan.i had brought a scooty pept bike 2 year's ago.early this bike was best ride. but eventually this bike was very weak. a day i was rideing this bike.suddenly front wheel fall down. then i search problem. the reason of the fall down was bad manufacture of the front poke. then i get repeard it from tvs service senter . there after i was riding this bike. suddenly it enging was off. i don't know this problem. i feel that this engine is bad.

i also bought scooty pep+ for my wife n with in a week its button start stoped working. n on service centre they suggested to initially for a month you use kick rather than auto start button... dealer said its common with this... as u use it it will go off... wats the point in buying such brand... ?? waste of money n mind piece
