TVS Pep + — Starting problem
I have purchased Pep+ in June2011 from M/s Oceanic Motors Pvt Ltd, Drive in Road Ahmedabad. Inv No 011/817 dated 23.06.2011, Frame No MD626BG3XB2E15445, Engine No OG3EB2490468, Regd No GJ1NC 2635.From first day itself my vehicle is having starting problem. In the morning it would start but can not take load even after 10-15 kicks and start/ stop it take some load and after running of approx 2-3 KM it becomes normal. The compliant was lodged about 4-5 times and 2 times even mechanic was called from the dealer. The staff of M/s Oceanic is failed to investigate and rectify the problem since last 2 months, it seems they simply keep the vehicle in workshop and hand over without doing anything. Right now vehicle is with M/s Oceanic since 27.05.2011 and they have not attended the problem.
I would request to management of TVS scooty to look into the matter and asked your dealer to not to cheat the clients and rectify the problem within 10 days else I would have no option but to approach consumer court
Please do the needful at the earliest.
