[Resolved]  TVS Service Center — TVS service center - Bangalore

I have purchased a new TVS Star City in August. After every service i found complaint in the bike right now after last free service bike is not running ok so again i m going to the services center of GK TVS in Patparganj Industrial Area among 48 Km far from my house. still after complaint services my bike is not running ok. I wanna purchase TVS Apache for my youger brother i had already words with Anjali in Gk TVS Vikas Marg. But due to poor services of TVS i am not ready to purchase any TVS bike in future.
my bike no. is DL 7S BB 2409.

TVS Services — Services

Even in chennai alao they are charing more Rs.800 but their services are so good.
Within double of days the bike starts to give problem.
Very Poor Services

yes i agree that all authorised TVS dealers are worst, Iam servicing my TVS victor GX by my friend who is a local mechanic and he is very well maintains my bike. I request you to check a gud mechanic in ur neighbour hood than going to a TVS service station.

I am Nishank i am having TVS Fiero (2003) and i am planing to take the Apache Top Model (with rear disc) i went to nearest showroom and offer him to exchange the previous bike of TVS and they refuse my offer and said they never take it. If TVS is not believe on himself so how can a customer trust on TVS.

I have done the servicing of my TVS vicory at one of the service station in pune, but before six month service station has openened the whole engine and charged me 7000/- Rs, now again he has down the engine and asking me to pay 6000 Rs. what can I do? I think he is showing me some damaged part of other vehicle and claiming the amount from me...

Please guide me what to do? Please reply me on my mailid.

i am the owner of tvs apachi rtr160 from haryana faridabad nd the dealer name is bareja automobile nd i regularly reach tvs service center time to time for service but i never satisfied with service center service since 1 to 5 service mechanic nevr sout out the problem of shocker seal leakeg nd the behaviour is so woest

I had purchased TVS Apache RTR 160 in Dec-2007. The bike is very good! It's looks are great! Luckily, the service station "INNOVATIVE" at Bhandup - Mumbai is great. The guys over there are so co-operative and helpful. I have never faced any problems regarding the services offered at the service station. The only repetative problem that I have noticed with my bike is about the digital meter.
From since purchase of the bike, I have changed the level indicator 2 times (during guarantee period). But even today I face the same problem.
I request TVS guys to look into the matter and improve the bike further.

I am planning to buy a bike and ma options are tvs apache rtr 180 and Cbz extream. My personal choice is more inclined towards tvs BUT after reading all reviews from u guys m in serious doubt.
Can anyone know hws the new rtr180 is performing as compare to cbz extream??

I agree to this. Each time they service, they say somethign or the other thing is wrong and always the bill will be 700 plus. I got my scooty pep + service done just 3 weeks back. And it has broke down yesterday, not even a local mechanic can repair it and i have to push it all the way to my home now..

TVS STAR CITY i given for the change of my front brake cable failure they told my it will take half an hour from 11.10am, I just waited till up to 11.55am after i my enquiry only they came to no that there is no stock of the front cable . regarding this i ask the person and i hold you u tell me before its self, he reply that if you want you can complaint where.

THIS IS AMIT FROM BANGALORE.I M HAVING TVS FLAME FOR LAST 13 MONTHS.EVERYTHING WAS OK, BUT LAST FEW MONTHS I M SUFFERING BADLY BECAUSE OF MY SELF-STARTER PROBLEM.I ALREADY CONSULTATED TO CONCERNED ASHWA MOTORS(TVS SERVICE CENTRE), BANASHANKRI, BANGALORE.SERVICE MANAGER TOLD ME THAT THERE IS PROBLEM IN MOTOR, WE WILL REPLACE IT VERY SOON, BCOZ RIGHT NOW THERE IS NO AVABILITY OF THAT MOTOR.BUT ITS ALREADY MORE THAN 20 DAYS, THEY HAVE NOT CONSULTED ME.WHEN I MADE A CALL, HE TOLD ME TO WAIT.I THINK SUCH TYPE OF ACTIVITIES WILL CREATE WRONG IMPRESSION OF COMPANY IN CUSTOMER MIND.SO, PLZZZZZZZZ DO NEEDFUL.

The TVS service center in Kolkata, Bandel most worst and the main thing they are not customer oriented and the behavior of this specific dealer is not professional oriented and he not know how to handle the customers its booooooooool .

I own Tvs teenz electric. I have done my vehicle services regularly in time . My vehicle is in warrentyperiod, i am suffering a lot with the vehicle and your service, I am complaining your service center about the problem they anre not able to solve the problem, They have done 5 services but until now problem was not cleared
Problem: Milage drop @ 20 km per charge in high range...
company declared milage is 40 km per charge in low range mode

as i have mailed in your website tvsmotor.in there is no response
please respond and solve my problem

If not i am ready to complain about this in CONSUMER COURT

worst service... better stop producing apache or 160c's...
procude only TVS XL that only suits for this worst company

i have apache RTR 160FI were my rear disk pad is damaged i took this in december 14 2008 after 8 months o[censored]se the rear disk pad is and plate is damaged if i ask for the spare for replacement as i have warranty of one year the people say that they dont have the stock so if some body can help me in this please mail me on accross

I have purchased Appache RTR 160 in 2008 at J P Nagar Show Room. In starting i was very happy with the vehicle and i referd my 2 friends.Now i am feeling why did i referd them coz i am not at all happy with the vehicle Now. It was said that it will give 50 Milage per Ltr but my vehicle is giving 35 to 40.So plz do me some favor by giving some service or your best suggest.
