[Resolved]  TVS Service Center — TVS service center - Bangalore

TVS scooty service is very worst in Domlor, Bangalore. They are putting worst spare parts. With in a week, vehicle condition goes back. But they are charging for each service more than Rs 800.

Dear sir,
I have purchase a tvas flame 125 which engine no. OF6H81053285, chassis no.MD625BF6881H52595 on 17.10.2008 up to first service the byke had no problem but from 2nd service was held on 16.01.09 at annapurna tvs siliguri. Then I have complain logged the byke can not smoothly run but they avoid my complain. 3rd service was due date 16.04.09 but I could not attend due time on account of my seriously illness of my mother. I have attend 16.10.09 for 3rd service at jalpaiguri tvs sub servicing centre. Their technician trail the byke and find out the CARBURETTOR of the byke is disfuctioning it will repless our company through the annapurna tvs siliguri. The annapurna tvs service centre is 90 km distance form my residence so I could not attend the same due time. So 4rth & 5th free service date is over I have attend on 16.04.10 at annapurna tvs siliguri for solve the aforesaid problem but they refused solve the problem free of cost.

So I inform you kindly take necessary action as early as posible. Other wise i will take next step which is legal.

I have bought my Scooty pep+ from Domlur TVS tristar show room, And i use to servicing in Domlur service center near Dell.
After sometime engine started giving pathetic sound and i use to inform service guy for this, but he says no everything is fine, this the real sound which skuti pep+ have, But day by day the scooty condition was becoming worse n worse, after sometime i change the service center which is in JP nagar near SLV,
Here they charges 7000 /- and chnages all the engine parts n told me that some problem was there so we have changed the engine parts, but after doing servicing in 2months every week some or other problem use to come and i need to visit service center, even these all things was going on but today i was in such situation to mate with an accident.After pressing teh brake scooty stops and not able to start not only this it was not moving back or front and the traffic was about to kill me ... i was really in very critical situation .
No service center is good .. i really dont understand why people dont do there jobs perfectly.. after charging so much also...and main thing they(service guys) never agree :(

nellai tvs — poor service

A very big cheaters in India. they are only eligible to sell bike not make proper service. eventhough there not accepting services for new bikes also. so please dont buy tvs products. having irresponsible staffs leads to company' deadway

TVS — problem in digital speedometer and gear...

i bought bike two months ago...it s having gear shifting problem....gear s getting struck in between 1st and neutral most of the time...also digital speedometer gets mute for many times...
I purchased a TVS Apache RTR 160 in first lunched in Bangalore, I ridded more then 36, 000.00 Km but I have never faced the problems with my bike, now it is in worst condition because I got bade servicing from ORIN motor – koramagla. The problem with shaft they also know about this problem due to no availability of stock they left as it as earlier. To find the problem thy had taken almost 5 days including Sunday but the problem is same. and i have been following with them since 1 month not even get any perly from they. really i regret with TVS service and TVS make bike and i will never make the mistake again and will ensure that none of my family members or friends ever buy a TVS. (Shaft is Rs. 1500 but for service I spent almost Rs 6700 bugs what a tragedy man)
TVS Bikes and its services centers are there only to make money. They never bother about the customers and their problems.

I bought a bike called Centra in 2005 which is not available in the market now and no spare parts available even with the TVS Service center itself. At the same time I had another option of buying Splendor +.

The beauty is the Splendor's resale value goes to Rs.20000+ where as TVS is reluctant to take its own bike for Rs.10000+.

They are just beginners in the business. Their products are failure except TVS 50, bcoz it is not having any alternative model in the same class.

You can list the models of the TVS which are outdated within 5 years

Outdated models of TVS
Victor (sold bcoz Sachin Tendular's adverisement not for its ability)
Centra (Sold as 100+ KM bike. Now people who own are spending 1000s of rupees to do service for it(I myself one of them))
Flame(Only few people knows about it!. There was a bike called Flame sold for 5000 Rupees)
Star(Sold bcoz of Famous Cini Actors not for its ability)
TVS Auto(Could not be seen on the roads, Vanished at the same speed them came in) that is With in one year it is out of market!

I might have missed almost same number of products which are listed above.

A kind advise, Please do not buy TVS Products.

i went to TVS centre at Auto World, Mehdipatnam, Hyderabad. I purchased TVS scooty pep there long back at the same centre. I went there for problme of OIl leak and the attitude of the service personal present there was different. They neither cared for the repair of my moped nor they treated well us there. I was subjected to disgrace by the one mr. Mazher and Akbar Sultana present there. I pleaded for early repair but the answer was different. They never bothered to address my complaint. I told to them the reputation of the TVS company was on stake but they never cared. At last i have to get my problem solved from other repairers there. I request you to treat this matter on priority basis or else i am contrained post my experience in all the media and other forums available to me.

they all no have singal Comman part.
I have tvs apache RTR160.Everything seems to be nice about the bike.
But No spair parts in service centers Delhi SK TVS (Nawada uttam nagar, maya puri, Jhandewalan)
So i compalint regarding this problem .I haveto purches spair out site market.thats very worst service .
Hi All!!!

I got this Apache RTR FI in Dec, 2009 or I should put it as I bought a problem for myself which could not be fixed by any service center in Lucknow.

The handle shivers like anything if I try to drive hands free above the speed of 55 kmps.

Beyond that I met a small accident couple of months back and i got it serviced from SHOBHA TVS. Since then I am a firm believer that being fake and untrue is a part of TVS bikes.

They replaced it by refurbished painted handle and gear lever apart from many other parts that are within the bike and charged more than rupees ten thousand for the same (at MRP with 0% discount). When complained about this, they are since then telling me that they are running out of stock of the parts. Apart from this now bike really needs service in every 15 days with old problems existing as they were.

So anybody thinking to buy any TVS bikes...
BEWARE...

Nobody would ever hear consumer complains in this company.
I Felt that i am one of the proud owner of TVS Apache Rtr 160., But now I disagree with my statement., I bought my bike earlier on march 19th 2010 at Lotus TVS showroom at Erode., the very next day of my purchase i noted a slight vibration in my handle bars and the wheels were pretty much wobbling., I have asked the service personnel about this problem and got the reply that it will be rectified on the first service., As i am writing this my bike went on fourth service., still i didnt get any satisfying result from the service crew., At the beginning, i Was recommending this bike for my friends, but now i wont even talk about the bike in front of others. I think the problem lies in the service and not with the production., TVS had seriously take customer satisfaction into mind else., the famous company may face most serious problems in future.
I am disatisfied with the service provided 2 me at a local TVS service centre in visakhapatnam were the company spares are of low quality & poor in performance for my favourite scooty pep.
i have been using tvs star city since 4 months and when i gave to the service for the first time it had problem with engine and now there is a millage problem with it. no one is taking correct response for it at the service center ( guntur ). what i want to do now to whom i want to contact!!!

I m one of your customer because, I have purchased the Apache RTR 180 bike in July 2009 from binsar automobiles in Durgapuri. My bike engine number is ‘0E6E92000340’
Now I facing the problem, in the front tyre of my bike the air is leaked between rim and tyre and due to tubeless tyre tube is not there in the tyre and if tyre setting is wrong then air is leaked. And this problem is running from one month and I m totally frustrated from the service centre services because I m unable to ride the bike and daily traveled through local and due to this I face more problem.
And even I booked the complaint in service centre on 20 nov 2010 and they kept my bike tyre and they gave me the complaint slip also. And my Complaint slip No is 4936
I m continuously contact with their service manager ‘Sanjay Yadav’ since one month. After more discussions they said that u give your tyre and then I booked the complaint but there is no use of it. And there is no new response from their side. Every Time they say that their service boy is not come in office when he comes then he will see the tyre and then any solution will come.
So, Please tell me, is the service centre depends upon only one person and If there is some problem occurs in your product then you don’t give any solution.
Now, what I do with my bike because it became out of service.

i have apache rtr 180..bike is good, but the service in tvs showroom sucks...and the parts of the bike r not available anywhere, from past 2 months im searching for chain kit of apache 180, its not available..i dont know what u tvs r doing, just manufactured some bikes..but no parts available..r u guys sleeping...
