[Resolved] TVS WEGO — Very Bad Service | |||
Hi, my name is srikanth i bought a TVS WEGO when i was in Bangalore on 25th Oct 2010, at the time of delivery the mileage said was close to 50 kmpl, unfortunately i have noticed 30-35 in the starting days, i have approached the service center in Bangalore they said after the first service the problem will be rectified unfortunately nothing has happened, meanwhile i have relocated to Hyderabad and bought the vehicle to Hyderabad wherein i have given the vehicle for 2nd service the same problem exists.. there was a feedback call from TVS motors and i have raised the complaint - no one cared about it today 1st of July when i have approached TVS motors on their toll free number [protected] - first there was a guy called Bharat who picked the call was so bad in talking and he was not at all hearing what i was trying to tell him.. it was like "This is Bharat what can i do for you" immediately "is there anything i can assist you on" "Thanks for calling - have a nice day" and disconnected. he didnt even allow me to talk.. just disconnected. again i called but no response.. i am planning to approach consumer fourm.. can anyone assist me on the same. i can be reached at [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
