I AM A ELECTRICITY CONSUMER OF THE UTTAR HARYANA BIJLI VITRAN NIGAM LIMITED, HARYANA UNDER THE ACCOUNT N0- KE11 0841 Y. THE METER IS INSTALLED AT MY PREMISES FOR THE LAST 15 YEARS. FOR THE PAST 8 MONTHS I HAVE BEEN FORCED TO PAY THE BILLS ON AN AVERAGE BASIS AS THE METER READER HAS FAILED TO DO HIS DUTY PROPERLY. MY METER WAS CHECKED AND FOUND TO BE OK. THE J.E OF SANOLI ROAD SUB DIVISION MR. HOODA, WHEN CONTACTED BY ME WAS RELUCTANT IN DOING HIS DUTY. THESE EMPLOYEES HAVE BECOME USELESS FELLOWS WHO CANNOT WORK UNTIL THEY ARE PAID TO DO THEIR DUTY. MAY THE GOVERNMENT SEE AND FORCE THESE ERRANT OFFICIALS TO DO THEIR DUTIES PROPERLY OR LET THEM REST AT THEIR HOMES.
