Would like to submit our humble requests to you due to continuous power cut in the colony.:-
The Electricity Supply is just 9 -10 Hours in a day.It basic needs of a people, we cannot survive without electricity. The entire colony face security problem at high risk.
People living in NCR i.e. very near to country capital and getting electricity supply like this, is really ashamed for them. It is our humble request to you, please arrange to short out the problem at your level best so that we are able to get undisturb power supply.

sir, i live at bhira kheri, distt lakhimpur kheri, up, and my hydel is located at bhira kheri and my abode is far off from hydel.my address is, sant garh farm bhira kheri, lakhimpur kheri. i am environmentalist and field biologist in field of wild life. I want to divulge out some illegal electric connections that run with the connivance of concerned official since long, consequently i get very low voltage at last . One person mr Bhupendra singh s/o Anoop Singh, lives near to hydel at bhira he have three illegal motor connections and all are running with connivance of concerned official. like this so many anti social men make such practices . therefore you are requested kindly look in to matter whereby genuine customer may get some relieif.thanks

I would like to state that I live in ghaziabad Shastri Nagar Area and every day there is massive power cuts.
Yesterday(26th July) whole night their was no electricity and this problem happens every now and then all resident of shastri nagar face this problem although near by area of kavi nagar and rajnagar have very negligible power cuts due to some ministers and big shots residing at those localities. I feel this is injustice happening. Their is no Customer care No. for any complaints no one is their to check and revert if we go to the office.
I feel the electricity department is the most corrupt department and we the residents of shastri nagar are suffering a lot. our children cant study or go to sleep nor we who work and want to sleep in the night cant sleep because of long power cuts its really disgusting on the government who never bothers for their people and are only taking care of them self.
That is the reason people who gets opportunity to move out of india immediately goes out and never return.

निवेदन है कि प्रार्थी भरतपुरगेट, मथुरा का निवासी है जिसका दक्षिणांचल विद्युत वितरण निगम लिमिटेड, विद्युत नगरीय वितरण मण्डल, मथुरा में बुक संख्या 1110, कनेक्शन संख्या 028076 धीरज लाल चतुर्वेदी के नाम से है जोकि रिश्ते में प्रार्थी के बाबा(दादा) हैं प्रार्थी दिल्ली में नौकरी करता है तथा उसके दादा को बिल के भुगतान में बार-बार समाशोधन के करने में वयोवृद्ध होने के कारण अत्यतं कष्ट का सामना करना पडता है क्योंकि उन्हे हमेशा बिजली का त्रृटिपूर्ण बिल प्राप्त होता है जिसमें 1899 रू. की राशि अधिक अंकित होती है। जिसे उन्होने दिनाँक 04/10/2008 को ही पुस्तक संख्या 070568 रसीद संख्या -50 इकाई/खण्ड का नाम- EEEUDDI पावती 28076/1110 द्वारा जमा करवा दिया था किन्तु विभाग के कम्प्यूटर में आजतक इसकी फिडिंग नहीं हुई है।
दिनाँक 27/07/2009 को प्रार्थी स्वयं इसका निस्तारण करने हेतु विभाग गया और रसीद संख्या [protected] द्वारा बिल का समाशोधन करा कर 799 रू. जमा करा दिए इससे पूर्व में प्रार्थी ने दिनाँक 15/05/2009 को भी एक कैम्प में पुस्तक संख्या 026571 रसीद संख्या 35 द्वारा बिल का समाशोधन करवा कर 538 रू. जमा कराए थे तथा दोनों बार रसीदों की छायाप्रति देकर आश्वासन पाया था कि कम्प्यूटर पर फीडिंग कर आपकी समस्या का निराकरण कर दिया जाएगा किन्तु प्रार्थी को इसकी प्राप्ति कभी नहीं दी गयी अत: प्रार्थी मेल भेज रहा है।
विभाग में श्री राजीव जी (Accountant) प्रार्थी को बहुत देर तक बैठाकर रखते तथा मेरे बाद सिफारिश से आने वाले लोगों का कार्य समाप्त करने के बाद भी मुझे विलम्भ करते हैं, प्रार्थी को पूर्व में भरे गये रूपयों पर भी व्याज देना पडता है तथा उसे समय पर बिल चुका कर एवं अन्य रिवेटों का भी फायदा नहीं होता अत: प्रार्थी का बिल समाशोधित किया जाए और उसके द्वारा पूर्व में दिये गये व्याज और अन्य रिवेटों को अगले बिल में ध्यान पूर्वक घटाया जाए।

One of my villager was electrocuted when 11000 volts electric line fell on him while he was working at his field. He died on the spot.now the problem is this that where his dependents go to file for compensation and any authority is responsible for this mishappening and in what sections and what Act they are responsible.
Sir the deceased person has 5 young girl children and his wife.How much compensation they can get. Plz help me in this regard.

I am a resident of muzaffarnagar. I have observed that on certain occasions the electricity deptt runs caimpaigns to get money against the bills generated. Which is fair enough. For those who apy in time where is the electricity????????????/

The Sitution is that there is many illegal Group is doing work properly with co-opration with Electricity deptt, They are cut off light in night & Come in Morning for connect the cable and take Rs.100.00 per house. this is daily routeen work. when i had complain with ele. dept. ( Thik Hai Dekhange) No Action till today. Every buddy is corrupt in Electricity dept.
