[Resolved]  uid — aadhaar card

i received my aadhaar no[protected] with the wrong name as arunn whereas my name is arun singh.then i complaint the mnatter to the uid authority and they send another aadhaar card after some time with the same mistake.on talking to the greivance cell personal miss priyanka on 25/01/2012 time 10 am at number[protected] she told me that she doenst know what ihappened to my cars but her system is showing the name as arun and further she added that the card might be lying with postal authority

i also enrolled my wife's card via enrolment number 1090/10904/06048 dated 08/07/2011 time 16.27.04 at dharamshala centre in himachal pradesh but still after 6 months neither i know where my wife's card is nor their systemm is showing any information about that. on talking to miss priyanka she told me that she dont know about that card and she also doesnt know after how much time i will be able to receive my wife's card.

my greivance is that why this is talking so long for the uid authorities to hand over my and my wife's card to me that too with the correct name.why their personal sitting for cvustomer help doesnt know anything about our cards.whats the use of this card if we have to face such harrasments.
