RESPECTED SIR, I MYSELF SHAIKH TOUFIQ WORK IN UNICON INVESTMENT SOLUTION FOR 2 MONTH.I HAVE JOINED IN THE COMPANY FROM 2ND FEB AND AFTER 1 MONTH I HAVE NOT GET THE SALARY FOR THE FIRST MONTH AND THAN HR TEAM O[censored]NICONINDIA AND MR VENKAT SIR WHO IS MY BOSS TOLD ME THAT U WILL RECIEVE COMBINE SALARY FOR 2 MONTH AND AS THE MARKET CRASH AND COMPANY NOT GROW SO THEY HAVE TERMINATED ME FROM THE COMPANY BY GIVING RUBBISH ANSWER AND NOW THE HR MADAM NAMED BABLEEN SHE WAS SAYING THAT THE COMPANY NOT GIVE SALARY FOR THE TERMINATION EMPLOYEE AND WHEN I ASKED TO MY BOSS VENKAT SIR HE WAS SAYING THAT YOU JUST MAIL TO HR O[censored]NICON INVESTMENT SOLUTION AND AND MARK CC TO ME I WILL APPROVED. SO I AM MARKING CC TO ALL OF YOU THAT WHAT HOW THEY BEHAVE WITH THE EMPLOYEE O[censored]NICON INVESTMENT THE SAME THING WAS HAPPEN WITH OTHER EMPLOYEE ALSO MY EMPLOYEE CODE : UFPL00400 PLEASE DO THE NEEDFUL.. I was employee o[censored]nicon investment solutions in equity department. I had left the job in april 2011. i have not received the salary for the month of feburary and march till now. i do lot of mails on [protected]@unicon.in but not got any response. so what should i do now. Please give me solution.

Of Joining is 10th march 2011 and My EMP ID- UIPL13497. But Till Date
i have not received my salary. i have given my resignation on 13 july 2011.Unicon hr said to me that in 45 days u will get your salary.and after 45 days when i called hr person she said ur resignation is on in the process and whenever i call to her she says like that. But Till Date i have not received my salary. What Can i DO??? Please Suggest To me.
