I PURCHASED NEW HINDUSTAN UNILEVER PURE IT, AFTER INSTALLATION IT IS FOUND TO BE DAMAGED AND WATER KEEPS ON LEAKING. THE EXECUTIVE PROMISED ME, HE WILL REPLACED THE DEVICE, BUT IT HAS BEEN MORE THAN A WEEK, I AM NOT GETTING PROPER RESPONSE FROM BOTH CUSTOMER CARE AND EXECUTIVE.
