[Resolved]  Uninor — disturbing from unknown number

Respected Sir,
An unknown guy is disturbing my friend by calling her and using rough language for few days.the number is:-[protected].if this continues then i have to change to another network which i dont want.
Sir i would be very thankful to u i[censored] please help me out so that the guy should not disturb us.
