[Resolved]  Uninor — sms charges charged but sms not delivered

I am sunil , my ph.no is [protected].i was charged 10rs for 2sms which were not delivered, i will request to concern to refund my money back.
and i went to the uninor outlet at Hiraghat,unr3. and i asked them what are the call charges for West Africa region,i was surprised that they don't know?i wanted to make it to second billing, but they don't know anything?what kind of peoples u r keeping in the outlet?i am very upset.......................pls.help me.
