[Resolved]  Unitech Group Fixed Deposit Payment — Non payment of fixed deposit amount

Hi Indu,

I have been through the situations myself when my principal amount was not returned till 1st August when the FD had matured on 1st May. I was almost as upset as you are. Sometimes it takes more time than we estimate to process and close an FD. As Unitech is not principally an investment company, it may take more time for them to complete this process. I would suggest you to stay calm and be patient. Unitech will soon return your principal amount.

Sumit, All my mails are already copied to this email id, please go and refer fd in the name of mitesh khatri.

I had fixed deposited 35000 rupees with unitech group fd scheme, my fd prematured . I have already formalities form myside and enough follow up with the concern people in unitech but have not yet received my principal amount. Its complete cheating as i am loosing onto the interest for such a long period.

similar case with me. my deposit has also matured and papers are sent for which confirmation recd from Mr.Mohit o[censored]nitech on 02/09/11. He assured that the FD will be precessed in next 21 working days but till date I have not recd any communication from him.

The toll free no is useless as you only get to hear that our customer executives are busy call some time after.

Now I do not know how to go about, whether to lodge complaint with Police. kindly advice.

UNITECH Group — FD principal amount not recd

The Fixed Deposit has matured and papers sent and recd by their office on 02/09/11 as confirmed by Mr.Mohit. The payment would be processed in next 21 working days. but still to date no payment has been recd.

Toll free number is useless as no Service executive comes on line and there is no one who will tell us the status of our FD amount.

Invested Rs.20,000 in Unitech FD - though interest received at the end of one year term, the principal amount not received.

I have received a cheque of Rs.10000.00 only (Only Principal Amount ) .but have not yet received my interst amount Rs. 4308.00. Its complete cheating as i am loosing the interest. The free number is useless as no Service executive comes on line and there is no one who will tell us the status of our interset amount.

DEAR SIR/MADAM.

my two fixed deposits amounting four lakhs Account no.1235439 matured on one 7 jan.15 another on 7 feb.16 duly submitted for repayment. I am not able to contact their designated phones or get any reply/responce.
I am 78 years old ailing from more than one health problems. The company is taking advantage of flip side of law and trying to avoid repayment. Can you help us in getting back my hard earned money which is only source for my further life existence?.
