SUB : REQUEST TO REFUND Rs.1.50 LAC ALONG WITH INTEREST
This has further reference to our Regd. Letter.
Recalling the same, we would like bring the following again to your kind notice:-
1. We booked the flat in December 2009 and got the Home Loan processed and approved by AXIS Bank immediately without any reference to UNITECH PROJECT by AXIS BANK but with processing fee cleared from my Bank by AXIS.

2. We could not get the fund released as UNITECH was having internal problems and had not got the Project Approval by AXIS BANK.

3. Due to above, we had to again submit the all documents to AXIS BANK as the validity of loan approved earlier got expired.

4. In spite of our repeated calls / e.mails to your Chennai Office/Mumbai Advocate for providing Encumbrance Certificate, neither the BUSINESS ASSOCIATE of AXIS nor we got any Encumbrance Certificate by courier on time.

5. As such, please note, since we booked the flat we, as the customer, had been the main sufferer in this whole process.

6. We also lost interest for the amount of Rs.1.50 Lac which we paid to UNITECH. Over and above, we/Business Associate of AXIS BANK made lot of phone calls / Mails to Chennai UNITECH/Delhi/Mumbai Advocate, but of no avail.
We, therefore, request you to please refund Rs.1.50 Lac along with interest till the date of releasing the amount and arrange to advise my Bank
