United Colors Of Benetton — poor quality of kids footwear

I bought a pair of kids sandals from UCB south ex outlet.
This silver pair of sliipers was priced at over 2000/-
My daughter only wore it once & the straps pulled out. I got it repaired & the within minutes o[censored]se the straps keep breaking. Since it was an expensive pair i didnt give up & got ir repaired again but the same story.
Our local slippers goes for months & a reputed so called high quality brand didnt last for few hours!!!!
I want my money back. UCB delivering such pathetic quality is highly disappointing. I have been an ardent customer of the brand for over 2 decades now.
