Sub: Regarding interview and appointment of Dr. T. K. Bera, for the post of reader at department of Physical Education

Sir,

Dr. T. K. Bera was working as Assistant Director of scientific Research center at Kaiwalyadham SMYM samiti, Lonawala for more than twenty years. With ref. to the letter dated 12.08.2008 by Dr. T. K. Bera addressed to the secretary of Kaiwalyadham SMYM samiti, Lonawala he requested to give him chance to submit his recognition and with ref. to letter no. K/ADM/TKB/551 dated 11.10.2008 addressed to Dr. T. K. Bera by Kaiwalyadham SMYM samiti, Lonawala, resignation of Dr. T. K. Bera was accepted and was informed that Executive committee will not pursue the matter further. It is also learnt that many allegations about corruptions were charged against him by Kaiwalyadham SMYM samiti, Lonawala and there was an Executive committee appointed to pursue the same.

Being responsible person he has broken the rule o[censored]niversity regarding guidance. It is learnt that he takes money from his PhD candidates to complete their doctorate.
I here by submit the list of M.Phil. scholars and their guides of Kaiwalyadham SMYM samiti, Lonawala research centre from the year 2003-05 to 2007-09 and would like to bring to your notice that Dr. T. K. Bera has done a lot of academic corruption.

Is it because he takes money from these candidates?

Department of Physical Education and the faculty is doing its progress very well without any corruption but if such a grimy person enters in to it he will ruin the whole endeavor. Kindly consider this complaint for the augmentation of our faculty and Department of Physical Education and save it.
You may please confirm this matter with the PhD students of Dr. T. K. Bera as he has charged money to complete their PhD, some of his students from University of Pune are Dr. N. D. Nimkar, Dr. V. Tujare, Dr. D. T. Shendkar and even the Dean, Faculty of Physical Education is also his PhD student but unfortunately he is ignoring irregularities of Dr. T. K. Bera and interested to appoint him in the department. (Reason may be find out)
I there fore request you take it seriously and see that Dr. T. K. Bera should not be given an opportunity in the department of Physical Education, University of Pune at any post.
