[Resolved]  Unknown — urgent problem...violation of government rule

Dear sir,

A group of goons has set up a small store in the k 2nd street of markham road ashok nagar bangalore 25 . right infront of our shops.
Sir we are facing lot of problems because of these goons.
they dont allow people come to our shops and shout and call people when ever they come to us and use abusinve langauage against our customers.

i want to know why do we pay so much of rent about 8,000 rupees per month and see all these things happening. We pay so much of taxes . we feel we are cheated.

And when we try to tell them by good words they start fighting. at night they start gambling trying to show they are playing they attack and cause damages to our shops .

Should we survive here or die ..even after independence we are dirty slaves to these christian goons .. it is too dirty..

Please remove that dirty shop from there. and help us live.

our livelihood is from our shops. these goons dont understand that.

Dear sir
the person residing in the Number 8, 3rd cross, 4th main, agrahara dasarahalli, bangalore-560079. constructing the building. the problem is he is occupying the government road from the first floor to second floor.i mean he is taking more towards the road side.. we have complained the BBMP officers they came and saw .. they told its voilation of the rules.. but they are not taking any actions against him.. i think we get justice atleast form here..please take action against him

I prasanna am a resident of Bsk 1st stage.#25/B 20th main, 2nd block, bangalore 50.

I live in a rented house, we are in the ground floor and 1st floor is rented to another family.the owner of the house stays in srinagara.

the family living in the first floor have started washing their clothes etc in the terrace and are leaving all the dirty water and soap water directly to the road.the water is getting accumulated on the road and causing a lot of problems for the commuters as well as creating a haven for mosquitoes.
We have requested that family several times to stop this and also we have informed the owner but in vain.

Sub: Complaint -Building Violation ( Bytranpura Zone) - Ventilation

I am Kiran Devaraj owning a piece of vacant land measuring (30X 40 feet) at the following address : - site # 89, 1st cross, Muniyappa layout . Chellakere, Bangalore ( Near Hennur Bande Bytranpura Zone). My neighbor Sri Martin has started construction of his ground and first floor ( proposed). Before undertaking the construction he had agreed to leave two feet space for ventilation whilst I am away traveling on work. However during my visit on 7th June, 2009, I witnessed he has undertaken the construction activity without leaving an inch of open space to the sky. My repeated requests to him for leaving some open space have not been fruitful. To cover up his lapses he has been trying to convey a message just by saying, “I am constructing within my boundary” and also expects ventilation from my future proposed construction and my setback. And also note he proposes to build the, first floor the same manor till the boundary at the roof level.

With this kind of a construction he is trespassing all laws, rules and regulations set by the BBMP hampering the ventilation in the neighborhood. My intention is to also build a livable dwelling with decent ventilation in the near future. Hence request you to please take action immediately, since this type of structure will deprive us from getting the least Air/light which you know is a must for a livelihood. Besides the health – hazard our privacy will also be affected in the near future.

In this circumstance, I earnestly request you to cause an inspection of the premises/building and act doing the needful on the matter at the earliest without any compromises on the set back for Ventilation

dear sir,
last week our officers have effected transferes of employees who have completed 2 Or 3 years of stay by retaining the certen employees who have completed 5 and more than 5 years of stay in same place.

The Govt orders says that, :- 1 . No person shall be retain in same place who completed 5 years.
2 . No person shall be transfered who have less than 2 years.
3. The person who have completed 2 years is eligible for transfers.


therefore i request you kindly conferm me .Is there is a posibility to take action on the officers.or any govt orders, or any court orders.

They have constructed the wall completely blocking both air and light to my house and the whole building under construction is against the fundamental rules. The way in which they are constructing the house will make us completely away from natural light and air.

Kindly arrange to look in to the matter immediately and instruct the construction of the new building at above site in accordance with the rules and regulation.

I am Vasudevan.V, Residing at the following address : - site # 59/A, 59th `B' Cross, 4th `N' Rajajinagar, Bangalore ( Near Dr.Rajkumar road Rajajinagar- Zone). My neighbor Smt Vijay has finished construction house beside my house( proposed). Before undertaking the construction she had agreed to leave 3 feet Common passage which is accessible by both parties. However after construction activity she started creating problem by blocking the passage by parking motorcycle and on my repeated requests to her not to create problem by blocking the common access I have all the legal documents regarding the said issue.

With this kind of a construction she is trespassing all laws, rules and regulations set by the BBMP hampering the ventilation in the neighborhood. My request is to access to common passage with out any friction .My intention is to also build a livable dwelling with decent ventilation in the near future. Hence request you to please take action immediately, since this type of structure will deprive us from getting the least Air/light which you know is a must for a livelihood. This letter is with regards to the difficulties faced by residents of in and around 12th cross HBR LAYOUT.

A House built on BDA site no 939, 12th cross, First Stage, 3rd Block, HBR layout, Bangalore-43., have encroached the public property as mentioned below.

1. The front portion of the house facing the road, has been extended beyond their site boundary by approximate 2 feet towards the road thus encroaching portion of the road, due to which the road is narrowed further.

2. The Storm water drain of the house has also been extended & deviated approximate 2 feet from the actual line, thus preventing free flow of drain water.

3. Basement of the house has been constructed in such a way that it extends up to around 5 feet out from their site boundary towards the road, thus encroaching half portion of the road, the road which is already narrow.
Due to this chances are high that during night time motorists or children may fall in to the sudden basement pit endangering their life.

4. The 1st & 2nd floor balconies of the house also extend beyond their site boundary.

5. A barricade compound wall has been built illegally by the House owner on the middle of the road & unused large stone slabs piled near it thus preventing passers by on either side of the said house to use the road.

6. A road bump has also been built illegally on the road by the house owner.

7. A private garden is also built by the same house owner opposite to their house on the public road thus encroaching almost all the portion of road.

The above is causing lot of inconvenience to the residents and concern to their lives.

We request to kindly arrange to initiate necessary action to clear the encroachment & restore the same to the public & thus facilitating the safety of the residents living near by & passers by.

BBMP Storm Drain Issue — Storm drain - Neighbours nuisance

My issue is a long pending since 2003 when we settled in No.23, Keerthy Layout, 3rd cross, ward 89, Kammanahall Main Road, St.Thomas Town Post, Bangalore 84, which has a storm drain adjoining to my
house.

I have been complaining to all authorities (at that time Area Councilor, Present health inspector, MLA, BBMP officials) about neighbor dumping cowdung (solid waste) into the storm drain having 4 to 5 cows (running a family business). Though all officials visited the premises and warned the neighbor not to dump cowdung. But till date no necessary action has been taken, he continues dumping cowdung into drain.

This has created foul smell, attracting misquotes and all type of insects due to stagnated solid waste without proper flow into the drain. My family had spent many sleepless nights battling with mosquites,
flies, insects and inhaling pungent smell.

One side BBMP officials are demanding clean, hygienic Bangalore city other side the officials are
not worried about consumer issues towards bringing a clean environment.

Kindly help & advise me how should I resolve this issue toward bringing healthy environment in our area.

Service — road encrouchment

dear sir

In v phase jp nagar towards brigade millanium road -(puttenahalli ) after Janani hotel on the right and side over the footbath , after 6pm everyday we find several haat gaadis will be installed , its a very insecured area after 6pm , people consume alchohal and eat nonveg food and throgh the bones on foot bath and on the roads , and they even tease gals and women , who ever comes for the rescue either they threaten or they bear them , the same has been itimated local police , so far there is no action taken against ,
these stalls over the footnbath you can find atleast 6 after JANANI hotel (right hand side ) till venkatesh reddy vruttha arrong 100 metres distance from janani hotel
all the 6 stalls have telephone connection electricity connections and gas connection , now they have raw stalls which is moving stall , chairs tables etc...
in no time they will make that permanent , so kindly i request somebody took very serious action and clear all the stalls immdtly

kindly come to the said point between 6 .30 pm to 11 .30 pm

Public inconvenience (Encroachment, Building Violation & Unauthorized Construction), Ventilation and Access to Common passage for School childerns
I here by Nagesh, residing in New Thippasandra, very near to Bala Murgan Temple. The Holy cross school, has been violated 100% with standared of schools and building constructed with above High tension cable with carries 440 KV, which might seriouse health cause to the childerns.

The Holy cross school doesn't have any proper facilites like Ventilation, Toilet access and even drinking water. Childerns are facing very much inconvenience.

I am residing in #58, 3rd a cross, 1st Main, J.C.Nagar. Kurabarahally, Bangalore,
In our roads garabage collecting person (vehicle) is not comming proerly.If he comes 1 or 2 days a week. every one put the waste to side of the roads. there by dogs.cows scattered the garbage and put it to other house front. Also some owners have built the 4 floors having 7 to 8 tenanants. without leaving the parking.All tenanats and there guest leave the vehicle in front of the other houses and make difficult to go in road. 4 wheel really it is some times very proble. I am requesting some person from BBMP has to come to our area and inform all house owners to park their vehicles in front of their houses only. Also the garbage removal vehicle has to come regularly as possible. Some times I use to give some money for their regularity.

Dear Sir,

This is a complaint against owner residing #16, National High School Road VV Puram, Bangalore-560004-Mr. & Mrs.Jawahar.
The complaint is that they have been using a common passage meant to be used by 4 other house owners in a common compound for entertaining their business customers who use their Yoga/Dance services on the ground floor. They also run a tailoring shop where people from outside come. This issue is that, we all have children living with us and are unsure what sort of people keeping coming in and going out of our common passage. Also they play loud music during the day and evenings to run their dance classes, which is a bug disturbance to other children studying during the evenings.

Please advise if such activities are permissable by the Law with children residing in the compound where they run the businesses. When approached, they have shown a very blatant attitude telling us that it was a common passage. What action can be taken against such troubling Marwari neighbours?? Also please advise, if I am on the right side of law for making such a complaint?

I bought a land in Ramamurthy nagar, Bangalore. There is a CMC borewell near to my land (almost 100 ft distance). Now i am planning to dig a borewell in my land because of water crises.

Is their any rules and regulations that we have to follow for digging borewell in my land?

Do i have to any permission for digging bore well?

connecting road between pushpanjali theatre in sulthanapaly and ring road near lumbini park at hebbal is very very bad since (hold your brath) not less than 4-5 years. Especially from the arailway gate at Kanaka nagara and Veerannana palya is most KACHADA. What all tha staff in particular the engineers of BBMP are doing? At least the MP, MLA and the corporate let god give them the good sense to open their eyes to the public agony.
