Sulekha.com had recommended Unnti Packers and Movers, 109, 1st Floor, Pranav Chambers, Plot No 77/80, Sector 19C, Vashi, Navi Mumbai - 400 705, e-mail - [protected]@gmail.com, Phone #s[protected], Owner/Manager - Mr. Manoj - [protected], - New Address - Gala No 1 & 3, Plot No 100, Ganraj Apartment, Sector 14, Koparkhairane, Navi Mumbai 400 709.
You had also given few others, however, contacted three of them, one being the above. On 29th. of March, the above party's son came and saw the materials to be packed and moved from Andheri, Mumbai to South goa and they gave the quotation, other two parties also gave quotation, negotiated with the above party and finalized on Rs. 7000/- for packing the matierials, loading them from the second floor, transporting them to South Goa and off loading them to the second floor residence. One Mr. Jadav, supervisor of the above party with two workers came and packed and loaded the things to a small tempo on the 31st. March 2011, said that it would be delivered on the 4th. April 2011, had to argue with the supervisor while they were packing as they were not doing a good job and wanted to do it some how and finish it.
However, they did not deliver the things on the 4th, instead delivered it on the 7th. April 2011 and also the things were damaged, not only that when the things arrived here, the truck people said that they would off load the things on the ground and will not take them to the second floor, had to call Manoj in Bombay, who spoke to the truck people and told me to pay them Rs. 500/- which he would reimburse to my account and asked me sms him my account details which I did on the same day, however, he has till date not remitted the amount to my account, he also send me a SMS on 19/04/11 that he would be remitting the amount to my account on 21/04/11, but has not done, he called some day back and started shouting and abusing me over the phone since I told him that I will be informing you guys about this bad service of his.
