This is to inform you that my ICICI credit card no. [protected] and my customer id is 1300332 in which a bill amount of Rs. 2736.49 has been paid by me two times in two months through cheque nos.967188 dt 12.08.09 & cheque no 967189 dt.01.09.09 .
