I Sandeep s/o sh.Ishwer Singh Distt - Haryana have following complaints against uppal housing limited: -
1. That I have applied for the plot in Uppal Housing Ltd. for the 185 plots scheme for EWS categary.
2. That the scheme opened on dated[protected] and closing on[protected].
3. That I have paid Rs. 3000/- (Three thousand only) from DD in favour of "Uppal Housing Ltd." payable at Delhi.
4. That my application serial number is 6092
As per the terms & conditions of the company the draw of plots was supposed to be got done within 6 months from the closing date. But I have till date not received any information about the draw of EWS category of plots in Uppal's Southend, Gurgaon, Haryana.

I m rajesh kumar from gurgaon. I have applied for plot draw o[censored]ppal southend in gurgaon. The draw time has been over more than one years.but still I never recieve any information regarding draw.
I am very disappointed from this Uppal Housing LTD. I haven't received any information regarding EWS plots Draws.So strict action should be taken aganist this Uppal Housing LTD. The company will have to return our money with interest and penalty.

I am also applied in Uppal Housing EWS Plot Scheme. Why do not you guys take up the matter with Haryana Govt. Because the land was alloted by with the provisions of EWS plot.
Uppals housing did not provides any information regarding EWS Plots draw, strict action should be taken against sush kind of housing societies, who are making fun of ordinary public.

Yes I agree, I had paid almost 3.5 lacs Rs and I cancelled the flat but last two years i had not got money return. They one of the cheater group I feel.

This is gross injustice to the poor labor EWS section. This builder should be behind bars for this henoous crime against the lowest strata of the society.Hman rights ngos should file a PIL IN SUPREME COURT in this regard.since its hard earned money of poorest of the poor.it s more than TWO YEARS. NOW And no draw has held upto the date i.e.[protected]
