[Resolved]  UPS India — courier not delivered

i had booked a courier no.[protected] dated 18/8/8, from aligarh to delhi, but it has not been reached till now.

UPS — Delivery Policy

This is a copy of a complaint sent to Amazon. I am sure I will not receive a satisfactory response but hopefully, if they recieve many other complaints, they might rethink their relationship with this horrible company.

I love doing business with Amazon and I also understand that Amazon truly prides itself with providing excellent customer service. With this in mind, why do you persist in utilizing UPS as you delivery carrier. UPS is a hassle and most likely the worst delivery carrier in the entire universe. I understand that you have no control over this horrible company but you surely have control over what carrier you contract for your deliveries. UPS show up at whatever time they feel like it and some o[censored]s have to work for a living or else how would we purchase your products. Now, we are talking about a $33 package being delivered to a single family house not a $1, 000 item delivered to an apartment. The driver will not leave the package or even attempt to leave with a neighbor as they used to do in the past. So you pray that they decide to show up when you are at home. Don't even try to contact them because they could not care less about the individual consumer.

I have received deliveries from FedEx, DHL and the USPS and I can certainly attest that I have never had a problem with any of these carries.

I am sure that if Jeff Besos read all the online complaints about UPS and Amazon he would certainly not be a very happy CEO.

UPS — Not Deliverying us the Courier

Dear Sir,

I have courier to be received from Spain which UPS is not delivering it to us & asking us to pay the Duty which is not the actual value of the parcel and also not clarifying us that on what grounds they have imposed this duty.

They just making calls from all departments (Brokrage department, Recovery Department, Clearance Department, Delivery Department) and harassing us to pay the exhorbitant high duty amount.

Sir, I need this samples to be tested upon which I would be able to decide upon my further business with this company. PLEASE HELP!!!

UPS — Improper treatment by your executive

Sir,



We have purchased an Inverter from Ashu Enterprises 6 month before it is not working from many days. We have given Complaint of it many times to Mr. Sharma ([protected]) & Gaurav ([protected]) but they are not in position to cooperate with us. Our Complaint no is 945850. We have given complaint about it as on 16th Sep, 2009, but no response from your side. We are requesting them for past 15 days but they are only giving fake reasons, every day they are telling me that our mechanic is coming or he is on the way. Now they are telling that contact our Delhi Branch we can’t help you in any manner they are treating us as a slave, they even don’t the way to speak to costumer they are big fraud to us. Please give them a training in which they will learn to speak to costumer and tackle their problem.



In future we will never use Godrej Brand nor recommend other to use it as we have got a good experience about your product and the after sales service offered from you. We are having about 3 Godrej inverter but in future we will not buy any Godrej Product and will resale the Godrej product we are having.
