Upsc — acknowledgement card yet not recieved

i have not yet recieved my UPSC acknowledgment card, though i had sent the application on time.
I have also forgotten my application number.

sir, I've not received my acknowledgement.
How can i confirm.

The link to check whether ur application form has reached "The Dholpur House, Delhi" has been activated.

1. Log on to UPSC
2. On the left panel click "whats new"
3. Look for Registration Data
4. Click on CSP 2009
5. Enter ur Form No.
6. Hurry if it has reached OR
7. CAll UPSC Immed.
