[Resolved]  UPSC Engineering Services Exam — not yet received ADMIT CARD for the ensuing UPSC Engineering Services Exam 2009

I have trying to get UPSC Civil Service(Prel) form from 10th Jan in Bangalore, But it is not available anywhere in Bangalore, not even in Bangalore GPO.
The Last Date of reaching the form to UPSC is 1st Feb and noone in Post office knows that by what time the forms will come.

Dear Sir
My application form for Engg Services 2010 has been rejected after they issued me an admit card. I had sent two forms for the sole reason that in my 1st form I had put two stamps of Rs 50 each because of non availability of stamps that time. After that I saw the website which clearly mentioned that if Rs 50 stamps were used the application would be rejected. So i sent another form after attaching Rs 100 stamp. However they considered even the 1st form and rejected both my applications. Kindly let me know what to do. I am B.Tech from IIT Roorkee and I am really feeling dejected that after preparing so much this is happening. My email id is [protected]@gmail.com.
