[Resolved]  Upsc — rejection of application form

sir,
i have applied for the post of principal under vacancy no.3/2010, item no.27. you have rejected my application after more than one year, but as per your rejection letter you you are also not sure about my application receieving date, because:-
1, you have allotted me roll no.2087 first than tried to hide it by blue pen and once again allotted
me new roll no. i.e.2227
2, if my application has been rejected than what is the need of allotting the roll no.
3, if my application reached to you late than why you have not rejected the same at that time(before more than one year)and why you have not intimatted me at that time.
4if you have allotted me roll no than why you are not permiting me for the exam,
SO ONCE AGAIN YOU ARE HEREBY REQUESTED TO CONCIDER MY CANDIDATURESHIP FOR THE ABOVE SAID EXAM.

The link for online application for Asst. provident fund commissioner, EPFO is not available. it said the server was too busy.. the last date is 03.05.12...how can i apply
UPSC pls look into this matter and do needful.
