Sir,
This is kindly informed you that my father has Apply for Electric connection to our House in favour of Shri Mishri Ram, Village-Mirzapur( Jewainia) Post-Pradhanpur Dist-Ballia (U.P) some twenty years before.Electric poles were arranged by the villagers and stand with help of them but no Electric wire were tie up on the electric poles.Secondly, My father was working in NTPC, Shaktinagar at that time and my family was residing with him and after his retirement we are residing to city place.We don't know how from last twenty years bills are coming randomly.When this information comes to my father he starts taking steps to disconnect the Electric connection.Unfortunately he has brain Hammarage fours years before.
Now, i want to settle this case and disconnect my electric connection.So please help me in this regard because last four years i am trying to solve this case and don't the process and the people to whom i should contact so that without getting harassment my electric connection may disconnect.We have already taken verification prove from Gram Pradhan and JE from Rasara.Still i am facing lot of problem getting my electric Disconnection.
I hope you will respond and suggest and help me in this regard.

I on behalf of the residents of Dilshad Colony, Dhorra Mafi, Aligarh, would like to bring to your kind notice that the Electricity Bills of the the said area are being distributed on the dates close to last dates. Since we regularly pay the Bills but due to late distribution it become difficult for us to deposit them.
Delay in distribution causes non payment of bills which is in my opinion a loss to UPSEB.
Earlier we used to receive Bills on 21 or 22 of the month.
Hence, we would appeal the higher ups to look into matter and order to distribute the Bills till 21, 22, 23 dates of the month.
We should be thankful to you.

My name is Shyam Vir Singh presently serving in 4th, CRPF, Rayagada(Orissa).My house is situated in Etah District o[censored]ttar Pradesh State at Infrunt of Hero Honda Agency, G.T.Road, Asrauli, (ETAH).Electricity Connection No. 0313/61681 sanctioned in my house by UPSEB Etach and a meter has also been installed after obtaining from me after purchasing . This meter is under non working condition since long and under IDF terms in Electricity Department.After repeated requests with The Executive Engineer, Dakchinanchal vidyat vitaran Nigam Limited, Etah(UP) and Asstt. Engineer (Meter)Dakchinanchal vidyat vitaran Nigam Limited, Etah(UP) niether default meter has installed nor my electricity Bill issued on normal as Bill are being received on high rate without any justification.I have submitted an written application from which copy of application dtd 26.10.09 available with me. I have also submitted an application through our department vide 4 Bn, CRPF, letter No. W.V.1/2010-EC-V dated 16.8.2010 . I also made saveral complaints through i.net but no action is taken by Dakchinanchal vidyat vitaran Nigam Limited, Etah, perheps upbseb not reading these complaints because tyey are not entrusting for fair working area.kimdlu help me bebare to upbseb.

in month of october my meter has been changed and we have to paid 42000 Rs for some reasons including previous bill amount and we have proof of that but again they are charging the same amount we are not financially very strong but they are not liesting any complaint . Please pay attention and do something regarding access of electricity bill every month

We have not got any bills from Electricity Board since my opening connection,we want to pay my charges but we have not any correspondace from above

now a days technology has so much improved and all the departments in UP has gone online, ,
Even BSNL as made their LANDLINE bill payable online,
we are still awaiting from electricity board to opt this service and make consumers life easy and
payment process transparent.

However this time I am sure that I am going to fight back. Light of my house is cut for about last three months while my total bill till 13/02/2010 stands Rs. 800 only.
