1. sir i have mst.pindra to jaunpur R.R.K. 828508 and regi. nom. 7444 .every day not stooping any bus. i indicate stooping by hand
but drawer forcly going to way and not stoop bus. sir every day 2 or 4 bus not stooping. i disturbance all day and lose my time.
today up 65 0598 and up 65 4954 buses not stooping.so lost way i come privet bus.

I have submitted my Open pass 2020 july.But till not received any information on refund.Nobody is ready to guide you as well.
