[Resolved]  USHA Ceiling Fan — Fan stop working within warranty period

Sir,
I have purchased 4 numbers o[censored]SHA Ceiling Fan; 3 for my office and 1 for my home in March '08. But my personal one stop working since 21st June '09 and communicated to the shop kipper. He sent one electrician and he found that the coil of the fan have problem and its require repairing. He had taken the fan to the shop along with the warranty card for repairing on 22nd June '09. Since then I am waiting for the fan in this hot weather but not gatting confirm respond. On communication he says that they have sent the fan to Guwahati for repairing but already it has passed 12 days. How long I have to wait; there is no good response.
