USHA Ceiling Fan — Service not done for past one month
Usha service executives are responding properly for ceiling fan service. Its really made me irritated for past 25 days and it is very very bad thing for an USHA INTERNATIONAL.No response from regional office also.[protected] and[protected], Nobody is answering properly.
USHA Ceiling Fan — motor not working
I bought an usha ceiling fan from Kalra Electricals on[protected]. The model is New Trump. It did not work at all. I have contacted the shopkeeper. What replacement will I get? Its peak summers and I need an urgent replacement. I have purchased four ceiling fans in 2010. One in the Jan or Feb and three later around May -June. Out of four, one is working good without any complaint but the three aren't good at all. Out of three one has got bearing and rotation problem with lot of noise, practically now stopped even slow rotations. The remaining two in the drawing room have all its blades with paints coming out / peeled out paint. It's very shabby in the drawing room and I have no other option then to change these three. I m surprised that a well known manufacturer can have such a product, too. Or is it a batch which is spoiled or individual units. What can I do with such products? We have seen ceiling and table fans o[censored]SHA serving for decades and not giving up so badly in just 2 -3 years.
