I have bought Usha Lexus 25L geyser, 4 years back. It has got 5 year warranty on water tank.
From last 2 months, there is water leakage from the tank and geyser has become non-operational.
I have put in a maintaince request with the service center. After repeative reminder for 15 days, they sent a person , who confirmed the leakage is in tank, and geyser is in warrantly so company will replace the tank.
After that no response from service center or company from last 1.5 months.
off late, their area manager is saying, currently company has some dispute going on with the company who manages services in bangalore, so they can't fix the issue.
First time ever, I have seen a large company like USHA saying that, product is under warranty but they can't repair the product because their service center personal is not working in Bangalore.
