[Resolved] Usha Shriram (India) /usha Lexus Heat Convector Fh 812 T — BRAND NEW USHA LEXUS HEAT CONVECTOR FH 812 T DID NOT WORK | |
Dear Sir, This is very sorry to say that this was my last time that I bought a Usha Lexus product, I stay at Mehrauli, I bought a Usha Lexus heat Convector model FH 812 T from Hans Electricals 890-A/8 Mehrauli New Delhi -110030 vide cash memo no 1718,Mobile No [protected] as on dated 03.01.2010 at 10.30 am but the moment I reached my home and open the carton and put the heat convector on and find that its not working, Immediately I lodged a complaint to Mr. Bal Krishan Hans and he told me that it is not his fault and you directly contact to Usha Lexus Company and he further told me that this complete lot is defected and he already has received 90% complaint from the customers whatever quantity he has sold of these heat convectors, Sir I am regular user o[censored]sha Lexus products, I have a usha cattle ,usha water heater, mixer grinder etc but now tell me in future how can I trust Usha name when I bought a brand new heat convector and it did not work in chilling winters what is the fun to invest the money in your brand when I could not use the product in those chilling days and wasted my time and money too. Now I am looking forward to you that you will consider my complaint and will give me a solution, even I ready to buy a higher priced model of Heat convector or humidifier, money is not problem, Kindly replace my Heat convector or exchange it with more exclusive heat convector for which I am ready to pay more money but it should not give me any trouble. i purchased TWO usha lexus storage water heater sno sp 2610la0147 from ambay maa electricals[protected] .with two yr warranty. i have contacted shop from where i purchased, he replied to contact authorised service eecentre. i contacted three authorised service centre .only one responded but charged rs 825.00 though it was in warranty period up to[protected] ms sr enterprises told co dont pay service charges. THEY HAVE ALSO INSPECTED OTHER GEYSER WHOSE TANK IS LEAKING. THEY VERBALLY TOLD RS 3000-00 EXP IN REPAIR. BOTH GEYSER WAS PURCHASED ON SAME DAY. UNFORTUNATELY I HAVE LOST WARRANTY CARD FOR OTHER ONE. ONE SHOULD NEVER PURCHSSE USHA LEXUS GEYSER.

it's very annoying to say that i am using a product o[censored]SHA LEXUS (water cooler), i purchased a cooler last year but since the day i purchased it i m keep messing with one or the other issues, last year i complaint near about 5 to 6 times. Also it's very difficult for a working person to take a leave from a office for a engineer to be visiting. You can imagine that the temperature, nowadays, is touching a sky (46 degree), prior to this i was using SYMPHONY & was really very satisfied with the product but the day i bought a USHA LEXUS (60 litre water cooler), i made my life hell

I wish to add that I made a complaint to USha sriram for repairing of quartz rod heater on 24th dec 2011 for the repair which is in guarantee period with complaint no. C[protected]. No body came to repair it inspite o many reminders.It was purchased from Gandhi electricals, Tilaknagar, New Delhi

I have made a compalint to Usha sriram service centre for repair of quartz crystal rod heater on 24th dec 2011 with compalint no. C[protected]. which is in guarantee period and purchased from Gandhi electricals, Tilak nagar, New Delhi. Inspite of reminders daily no body came to repair this on site which was the expected service.
