Sign in [Resolved] USPS parcel shipping — Stuck at "Out of Customs" and non-delivery of time sensitive documents | |
Hi there, I had shipped a digital photo frame as a present to my sister in bangalore from Los Angeles. Seems like the package is perenially stuck in Customs and dont know how to get it released. Tried calling USPS and registered a complaint and no update yet. Can someone help me clear this package and levy any taxes/surcharges that are applicable although the digital photo frame is only 120$, much less than the 10, 000 rs limit on customable goods. Any update on your case status. I'm going through a similar situation, not sure how long it would take for something to get through customs and if at all it did how many days later did they get your package?
i was suppose to receive my package from fiji in 3 days, paid $60.00 for express shipping so i can get it in 3days it was in july 21st and still i have not received it i spent hundreds of dollars on phone bills .i really dont know what to do .no one is there to help me
It's no wonder why the Postal Service is losing business to other couriers...
Ebuyers or those that buy oversees beware, dont order anything international if they use our precious USPS service...you might not get it.
