I Have submittted the Orginal Certificate, signature attested by my Bank manager for redemption/ payment of my Tax Free ARS Bonds, by Registered Post on January 14, 2011. I have sent a reminder letter on February 12, 2011.

Until today, I have not received the payment in question, or any information, not even an acknowledgement from UTI Investor Service Limited. Deeply regret the slow service and indifferent attitude developed by the department.

I request that, the deserved service be provided promptly, respect the customer and save the trust, so that customers will have confidence in the company as the trust-worthy custodian of the hard earned money.
