[Resolved]  Uti Pan Card Service — Pan Card not received applied on[protected]no. is issued)

Dear Sir,

My name is mohd. Saleem, I, lost my PAN Card with number AOIPS6026G, on 28/11/2008. I have applied duplicate PAN Card. Vide CSF NO.[protected] and COUPON No.[protected] on 1st January, 2009. I have received a letter from u regarding mismatch of date of birth. In this regard I sent an application by Speed Post for correction of date of birth on 17.01.2009 . But till now i don't receive my PAN Card. The PAN tracker of the website is displaying the fields as NULL. Sir I am facing a lot of problems without PAN CARD. Kindly look into the matter and do needful

i have applied for PAN card 6 mnth before and got recieved my PAN number in one month but pan card still it has not been send to the native address(which is bahraich in uttar pradesh).. the status for pan card is LKN/W/63/3(seems to be in lucknow offices).

my pan card details is:
first name: anupam
last name: shukla
pan number:bzvps9522e.
receiving address given for pan card: anupam shuka, s/o ram chandra shukla,
akbarpura nai basti, adjecent to nav prabhat school,
bahraich, Uttar Pradesh.(271801).

so kindly look into this and do the needful..

hello sir i am poonam bala of (phagwara,punjab) and with due respect i beg to say that i applied my passport in august 2009 and it is not received yet i complainted my problem to the passport office delhi and even they didn't helped me so it is my last request to the higher athourities that plz help me ... sir/madam my file reference number is D004088 AND THE PASSPORT OFFICE IS (JALANDHAR) my police report is clear for the last 2 months . i have also visited to my passport office and everything and every document is ok but then also my passport is not dispatched to my address the officer their is MR:AK MAHAJAN ..so it is my last request to higher authorities if not yet im helped then i will proceed to consumer court for this problem . i request you to plz help me sir/madam for your this kind work i will b very thankful to you
