My ULIP Membership[protected] ,Investor ID[protected] matured on 14/01/2008 and I have not received the maturity amount till now.There is no communication from the UTI I have contacted UTI via email and their response is hopeless. I wish to proceed against them in consumer forum for deficient services any suggestions and help please

i have 4 utiulip policies last premum paid on jan -feb 2009.but till now i have not received any metaurity amount in due date.kindly let us know by what time the metaured amount will be paid to us

I purchased ULIP on[protected] membrship No: UL[protected] for target amount 50, 000. All the 10 installments of Rs 5000 each were paid. The last payment dated July 2008.
Date of maturity was[protected], but the maturity amiount has not been paid.
Kindly look into and intimate the reason for delay.

UTI are generaly prompt in their services. there may be some inadvertant delay only. I am sure UTI -ULIP will act promptly.
My ULIP policy NO[protected] gets mature in August 2010.I donot receive any acknowledgement for the matured amount.i want to know about my refund status
