I have not received my statement of current year for ULIP.
Investor ID No.[protected] & Folio No. [protected]. Kindly mail my statement at the earliest at my mail address

i want to know the current maturity value of my ulip plan the membership no for the same is UL[protected] and[protected]. my ulip is already matured, can you please guide me how to see current value of my ulip.

I had also invested in the above-said UTI ULIP- 1971 on March 31, 1999. It has matured on this March 31, 2009. my membership no. is UL[protected]. Unfortunately no any certificate has been yet received from the uti ulip end.My repeated requests to the local representative has yet not been fruitful. A satisfactory response is still awaited. Now I take this opportunity of your front to get it expedited by issuing the relevant certificate to me alongwith yearwise annual statement copies of performances of this plan since the year 1999.

I opted for UTI ULIP 4 years back but no policy papers were given at that time. I pay my installments and get the receipts for them but policy doc is not with me. How to get the documents?

I am not receiving my account statement and renewal notice from last 4 years but i am paying the amount in local collection center. I have applied for change of address but there is no response form UTI-ULIP. I am investing from last 13 years in ULIP. My Investor Id is[protected] and my Membership No. is[protected]. At present what is the exit load o[censored]ti ulip scheme

No reply has been given to the reference made to AXIS BANK [formerly known as UTI] as per normal understanding. But neither cared to reply me or to arrange pass on my complain with proper section/department dealing with releasing the maturity amount.

The services rendered by the agents as well as UTI itself, while counselling for the investment, takes MUCH MORE CARE ? Why no provision/obligation is made compulsory to communicate/remind to the member for choosing their option of redemption in advance and if no option is received then an arrangement must exist that the maturity value is directly credited in the Bank account of the member disclosed in application.

ICICI PRU. AS WELL AS IDBI IS FOLLOWING THIS PROCEDURE SINCE YEARS TOGETHER and so far I myself has not faced any problem gor getting back the amount deposited in TAX SAVING SCHEMES.
