UTI-mutual fund ULIP 1971 — Maturity value not informed /paid

I have paid all the annual instalments under UTI- ULIP 1971 My Investor ID no.[protected] and membership allotment no. is[protected]. I was neither paid the amount nor informed the maturity value.

Membership No. UL[protected] Date of joining 18 02 1998 Period 10 years.

I had invested @Rs1500/- under ULIP from Unit Trust of India, Thane Branch, UTI house, Near Thane Post Office, Opp.rickshaw stand, Station Road, Thane(West) -400 601 vide their ref No: 115/1102046/893136/1254 Duplicate issued on 20 08 1999.
The policy matured on 18 02 2008 and I had sent the original bond duly dischared by me to the above address by courier on 23 03 2009 with a request to forward the cheque/DD to my following address:

In the absence of any compliance, I had again on 21 02 2011 sent a reminder by speed post enclosing a copy of the bond. But, to my surprice, the letter is returned to me by the postal authorities with reason "adressee left/refused/not claimed"

I request the concerned authorities to look into the matter and arrange to send the maturity proceeds to my above mentioned address immediately. I am a retired person, a senior citizen and I am looking for the amount which is essential for my sunset days.

UTI / ULIP — non receipt of matured value

I used to deposit Rs. 6000/- per year in UTI-ULIP for ten years. The same was matured in 2005/2006. So far I have not received any intimation and matured value of policy. My membership No. is UL [protected]. Can I know the status?
