[Resolved]  Uti/pan Card — correction father's name

Sir,

I received my PAN card with No. BOMPK1030B but I returned the same in IT Office , Karimnagar two months back with a form duly filled and enclosed the PAN Card for changing of father's Name as BEERAIAH KANCHA instead of DEERAIAH KANCHA. This mistake has taken palce in the office of Card issued i.e. UTI office.

But till date I have not received the Original Card (mistake in Father's name) or Changed PAN card.
