[Resolved]  Utitsl. Gsd — PAN CARD not receive yet

This is to inform you that I have applied for my PAN Card on 27/11/2007 through UTI Office at 29, N.S Road, Kolkata (APPLICATION SR NO[protected]. I was told that the PAN Card would be delivered at my residence address at - Nataji Nagar, P.O. Sonamukhi, Dist: Bankura, Pin - 722207, West Bengal. But I have not yet received my PAN card, till date. I checked at my local Post Office, but they did not receive any mail in my name.
I also checked with the UTI office at Kolkata. They said that the card was issued and sent to my address and also gave me the card no which is AMKPD0850F. When I informed them that I have checked with my local post office, they said that if the card is undelivered then it went back to the Mumbai Head Office.
Hence I would request you to look into this matter as my mailing address is correct and if possible to send
my PAN card through registered post.
