[Resolved]  Utitsl / Pan Card — I DID NOT RECEIVE MY PAN CARD

I ANIL THOMAS, father name VILANGARA GEEVARGEES THOMAS (surname:VILANGARA/middle name:GEEVARGEES/first name:THOMAS), Address is H.no[protected]/1, ranaprathap nagar, borabanda, Hyderabad-500018, andhra pradesh(A.P), my D.O.B is[protected], I had applied for my PAN CARD(CSF- correction form) as I did not receive my PAN CARD and also my details were wrongly updated, on feb 5th 2009 i filled in the CSF form(Application no:[protected] at a UTITSL center in hyderbad. how ever i did not receive my pan card stating my father name mismatch( father name in the NC data was not matching the application data), as per the INCOME TAX APPLICATION data my father name is THOMAS GEEVARGEES which is not correct and correct father name is VILANGARA GEEVARGEES THOMAS, as told by UTITSL department i mailed a gazette officer certificate with sign and stamp, pan proof, and a hand written letter by me, to the UTITSL office in navi mumbai on 13 of february 2009, it has been close 7 days since i did not receive any confirmation from them, i contacted the UTITSL dept on [protected], i was told to FAX the details, i had faxed them the details on 27th feb-2009, when i conatcted the UTITSL, they say that i they hav not received that, im really disturbed, please look into this matter and issue my pan card at the earliest.
