Sir,
Yesterday on 10.06.2012, I board in Bus route Delhi - Maasi at 6.30 pm around. I came to drop to my elder brother's wise with two children & mother about 65 year old. Bus was ready to go, I board in to it and arrange the seat for them, finally they got the seat. After my leaving from ISBT. the Condoctor came into bus and ask for ticket to them, when they try to take the ticket from DELHI TO MACHHOR (Near to Bhatronj Khan), he demanded the amount from DELHI TO MASHI (Excess of Rs.70/- approx) and said if you are not to pay more, get down from the bus, even after requesting him, he has denied. Ultimately they have to got down from the bus with two children with old lady (mother). I would like to know from the officers o[censored]ttarakhand Transport Corporation as well as to the UK Govt. please reply the following points.
1 - This facility is not for those, who are living middle of the way. (i.e. Totam, Machhor, Bharoj Khan, Sinora, Bhikiyasen, Jenala etc.) to DELHI - MAASI. DELHI - DEGHAT, DELHI - JOURASI, DELHI-GANAI.
2 - UTC is serving for the people, or for threatening to the people.
3 - If the person has to get down at the middle of the way, has he pay more (i.e. from Delhi - Massi, Ganai, Deghat, etc).
4 - What is the difference between UTC and private bus service (i.e. misbehave with passengers, excess charges, )
5 - If this facility is not for the people o[censored]K, like us for whom are you providing the facility.
6 – If We all (people living this route) unable to get the facility, UK Govt. should stop the bus service from this rout.
7- Why do we (people living Totam, Machhor, Bharoj Khan, Sinora, Bhikiyasen, Jenala etc.) allow these buses to go from this route.
Kindly reply the above mentioned points, and clarify that, what type of action is taken against the Concoctor for this misbehave & also what type of action has taken by the UTC as well as the UK Govt. that the people can avail the facility who are living middle of this route.

Bro, , all these govt officers n authorities are sleeping..
They arent gonna listen to you till you punch them ryt on their fatty face.. Seriously..
I m a engg. Student, n i usually travel via roadways bus, , i knw these things happen. . But where to handover those written complains.. At bus stations those enquiry counter are without any officials n street dogs are sleeping in.. .
So . . . . Ha ha ha ha ha ha. . .
All r worthless piece of trash, , got no manners, got no humanity, got no sense..
Okay, , try out your best, n if you figure there any way out then let me knw too. . I got tons of complains about them..

Ithe bs conductor and drivr dont opn the bus door even there are seats in them.so i trired to open it...after some distance he open the door jsut bcoz passengrs have to come out we ran away for the and catch it.a lot of paseengers are on door and seats are also availabl but he dont stop.after many effort i catch the bus.the bus will going from nepalifarm to dehradun.it crosss the nepali farm at 7.40.i am in the bus at now.contact number [protected].

I Traveled from Kotdwar to Delhi on dt. 08.02.2016 by Uttrakhnad Transport Service (Pauri-Delhi). I boarded on bus at Kotdwar 1.30 PM. In fact bus was running smoothly and there was not any defect. I was surprised to know that Bus Driver stopped the running bus between Meerapur – Meerut stating that bus cannot be run due to its technical fault. I wanted to know reason/its solution and passengers’ problem; he became more aggressive and misbehaved with me. I did not say anything because if I say about complaint or stress the need of justification, matter can be beyond the control. After that all passengers de boarded and anxious about late as time being over. Mean while driver was talking with officer/Kotdwar Depot/management about the issue of average fuel. In this regard I talked bus Conductor he also confirmed that there is issue of average fuel not a technical fault.
I came to know that bus remained four days in wash room for service but service not made. It reveals that there was not a technical fault but issue was involvement of the corruption in between two parties, because during the discussion officer informed that I will be adjust or handle the situation, instantly bus started. I mean everyone want to earn money through short cut system ignoring the passenger’s problem, which should be stopped immediately otherwise matter will be forwarded to higher authority with supporting. Kindly take action against the concern officer and driver and inform me by week time.

With respect it is to bring in your kind notice that on[protected] early morning at 05-00 am a Volvo Bus number UK 07 PA 2422 my daughter seated from ISBT DEhradun for Delhi (Via Karnal due to Kanwar Fare) and bus conductor has taken Rs 809/- for this journey. But due to certain reasons Bus condoctor/Driver arrange a ordinary bus from Panipat to Delhi and they did not return back any amount for the same.
So it is my humble request to take disciplinary actions against them and return me the balance amount with penalty as early as early possible.
Note- If any action is not taken in this matter, i will surely file a case in the consumer forum against such indiscipline behaviour.

Sir APK transport ki ye bus Chandigarh se 13/11/2020 ko 4:, 33pm se chali bus ki seat khali thi bus Mai Naraingarh stop bhi hai par phir bhi APK transport k mulazm me Nahi seat Di .. ye to sarkar ko chuna lagne Vali bat hoge hai salary puri laine Sarkar ki ghata Dena plzz sir solve ye problem aise bando ko ki vjha se government private karne k us Mai mai [protected]
We visited Zirakpur on[protected], we caught a uttaarakhand transpot
bus no. 'UK-07-PK-0550" at about 8:30 am from 'Ambala' to 'Zirakpur'. The bus conductor charged Rs 450/- for 15 people, but hesitated to give tickets, We insisted for a legal ticket of Rs30/- per head, but he refused to give us the tickets. we fought for the cause but nobody supported us, therefore we request you to either take an appropriate action, and at least inform the Uttarakhand Transport authorities regarding the situation, so that some proper action could be taken against these elements who cause the passengers and tourists inconvenience.
Kindly inform us on here on '[protected]@rediffmail.com' regarding the action taken as soon as possible.
