I grantee you that there will be no action taken what so were by the VMC, as its too busy digging the roads and reconstructing them again and again..

In vadodara every body please avoid using Auto rickshaw ... most of their meters are giving false reading ...they have tie up with traffic police & getting money from them ... Most of the auto richshaw use wrong meter which shows wrong meter reading & they gets more money . There are no system from Traffic control to verify meters once in a month ...This is Gujarat, ...be careful ...yeh trafic police sab chor badmash hai ...ehi log sabse bara atankbadi hai ...kamina log ...sab mile hue hai

payment of taxes — society tax adjustment

we live in a society whose propriter was my father,he looked after all the payments to the builder during the construction stage.as per need he put some of the funds form his pocket,for which he has all the receipts and the Gov. Auditor has also approved for it in the audit report of year 1996.Later my father resigned and handed over the charge to other members,form that day my father is behind the society to settle the payments made by him against the society maintenance charges,but they kept on charging interest on non-payment of maintenance.at present year on filing written complaint with the society registar a caretaker register was appointed,who took the amount in account but while calculating the adjustment he only deducted the principal amount paid by my Father form the present payable maintenance to be done by us ,he did not took the interest of our amount into account for past 14 yrs[protected].I just want ot know that is the right way a Goverment Employ to work and CAN A SOCIETY MEMBER CHARGE INTEREST ON THE SOCIETY FOR NOT SETTELLING HIS DUES... does the system operate both way or only one way

government water supply department vadodara — not getting safe drinking water

From Last one month in our area (Baranpura,chopdar faliya,Vadodara.-390001) we are not getting safe drinking water.

in our area so many people are suffering from illness due to durty water.so we are request you to do needful for this.

as we are facing truble for getting safe drinking water

Dear Sir,
With due respect, we all from vadodara staying adjacent between Narmada Canal and Pushpak Township, Refinery Road Gorwa Vadodara, would like to draw your attention towards the fact that, one side, vadodara is going to place its name in the catagory of neat and clean city but while you pass throu this road you will find it very dirtiest place in the city. Specially drainage problem has created a lot to the hell condition of this area ( Pushpak Township, Umedbhai Park, Jivabhai Park, Darshnam Vatika, Sun Exotica etc) that may be a cause of epidemic or health affecting desease of people.
Many times, complaint has been made to the authority but they always try to get rid off by saying that this area does not come within the perview of corporation, therefore they do not worry about the same.
If they are really willing to solve the problem they can do without wasting time.
Our apeal is to solve the problem at the very earliest by any way. Please include this area in corporation it is needed.
Your attention is drawn with the objective that you seriously take it.

This message has to know that today i have submitted a complaint to you against unauthorised built up behind our residence area.Already they have been started his construction but it is very dangerous for us in future.Because any accident can be occour with this construction.There is no margin for ventilation.
The persons are belong to Bharwad community so that they are unable to stop the construction.
So, sir you are requested to take prompt action to stop this construction.They have already constructed up to lintel level.

We the residents of Indraprasth tenaments, Behind Ghanshyampark Society, Near Sahayog, Gorwa, is suffering due to narrow approach road to our society. This is because, the residents of the way has encroached the road from both the side. So, it became very difficult to drive the car through there. this problem is not effected to only our society, but all the society behind our society is facing the same problem. so, we are requesting to remove the encroaching on the way and make convenient to the passers please

SUB: Drinking water problem in Grdhanbhai park in gorwa village

Dear Sir
We were getting drinking water supply through gram panchayat Under sinc long time but from last one month the drinking water supply has been cut off, saying 10 resident out of 74 resident are not paying the water bills.why the large community to be suffered for 10 resident. It is requested you to advise sarpanch to cut off the water supply line for 10 resident at their risk and cost and start the water supply immediately as the large community is suffering from last one month

It is very regret to inform you that vadodara municipal corporation send me house tax for the period of Year 2005 to year 2012.

I have already submitted my house documents, my house registration is from 2008 and VMC send me document for house tax from 2005 that means they revenue 3 years more money.

i ask to VMC representative about this matter he told me your builder not pay from 2005 so you have to pay tax.
That means VMC has not courage to recover the charge from builder that's why VMC imposed tax to house owners.

this is one type of exploitation and VMC has to give relief to house owner and tax recover from builder.

all readers please send Me a feedback if you have any idea to procedure above matter or any contact of VMC person who help us to resolved this problem.

How i can pay house tax
/property tax online just sitting outside India.

I had paid the house tax by e-payment. Ref. sensos No.[protected]-020. The amount is deducted in bank account. during process of payment receipt is not generated. Even today for the given ref. no. amount shows pending for tax payment. VMC software is not perfect. How can i get receipt. There is no system to get receipt for the paid Tax. Look the matter.
