[Resolved]  Van Heusen — Bad Product

Sir,
This is to complaint against a Product of above said company. I am a reguler costumer of the same Brand and regularly using the clothes from the same from last four years and have faith in the same brand name. Four Months back i have purchase a Shirt of V., a new introduced shirt range from a reputed showroom of Van Heusen in connaught Place, New Delhi and used it but after two or three delicate washing it has tear and can not be able to wear.
I went to the same showroom, they have kept the shirt for verification from the company and said if my complaint is genuine than the shirt will deffinetly changed or replaced by the compney after 15 days after 1 and a half month when i have not recived the cal from the m then again i went to the shop and they gave a negative reply to me that my complaint has not been approved from the company and the shirt can not be replace.
I will feel highly obliged if you could replace my shirt.
