[Resolved]  Varun Vihar Co-op group housing society — Security

In Continuation of the issues regarding Varun Vihar Co-operative Group Housing Society Ltd., there is one more serious issue which was missed in yesterday's list and that is SECURITY
1)At least once ia month there is either robbery or some physical assualt.
a) Gaurds are least aware on who is entering the society premises. No efforts to do any security check to ensure wthether the person entering is residnet or not, who he has come to meet etc etc.
b)Yesterday only there was a robbery where there has been a loss of around 5-6 lakhs (Cash+kind)
c)There was even an attack on the Laundry Man's daughter last month. This was the second time
d)Servants entering are not registered nor any ID card is issued.

2)Right at the society gate if someone is standing and there is any dacoit incident happening (which happens in similar frequency) by outsiders though; the gaurds are not strind and capable enough to rescue or do a counter attck on the attacker.
a)There has been multiple instance of chain snatching at the gate and even purse snatching; where gaurds have been either not around or standing dumb staring and watching the incident.

Some drastic measures are definately required to have situations like this under control before people's belief on CGHS system of residential accomodation goes away.
