[Resolved]  Vasudha Gas Agency, Kuttippuram — Complaints in booking gas cylinder, Cylinder not getting in time, Coplaints against the distribution staff etc.

I am a consumer under Vasudha Gas agency at Kuttippuram in Malappuram District. The employees in the agency are selling gas cylinder to Hotels and Auto rikshas illegaly with high price. So the domestic customers are not getting cylinders in time. We cannot book by phone since always the phone will be engaged. If we book in person by going there, they will not enter in the booking register. This we can understand only when the second cylinder also got vacant. When we call for the cylinder they will say- You didn't book the cylinder. About 95 % of the customers have got complaints about this agency. They will say that only one cylinder will be issued per month. But in my case one cylinder issued on 7/9/08. After that they issued cylinder on 11/12/08 only. I had given complaint to the District Supply Officer, still they are not issuing the cylinder. They told that after one month only the next cylinder will be issued. I am a working woman in a gazetted rank. I am very much suffering without getting the cylinder in time. Every time this is happening. Is there any ration for the LPG cylinder like rice, sugar etc. that one LPG cylinder per month for each consumer. Every time they will say like that after issuing one cylinder the next will be given after one month only. My consumer no. is 7814.
