I bought a Venus Gyser around a year back which did not work for more that 2-3 days. I thousads of call to the local service center[protected] and even spoke with the owner of the Service Center(Mr Sushil Kaushik). The people at the service center either blankly refused to come over for teh service or just gave me the service request number which was never processed. I have alos spoken with the head office at +[protected] and another service center at[protected] but to o avail yet.
If I had the slightest idea that Venus appliances sells such low quality products and doest care to provide any after sales service then I would have never ever bought Venus Product. Was this information helpful? |
